Online Sessions
Online Therapy Sessions: Couples and Individual
A safe space for connection, awareness, and transformation from the comfort of your home.
Throughout life, we go through moments of change, crisis, or disconnection. Sometimes, difficulties arise in our relationship as a couple; other times, the wake-up call comes from within ourselves.
The online therapy sessions are designed to offer you an intimate, respectful, and judgment-free space where you can explore what is happening to you, heal emotional wounds, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and to others.
Through an integrative approach—which encompasses the emotional and mental levels as well as bodily presence and awareness—we can work together regardless of where you are.
Why choose the Online format?
Online sessions offer an effectiveness equivalent to in-person therapy, providing key advantages for your process:
-
Comfort and intimacy: You work from your own space, a safe environment where it is easier for you to open up and express yourself.
-
Flexibilidad and no commuting: You save time and can maintain the commitment to your process even if you travel or have a complicated schedule.
-
No geographical boundaries: It allows you to access therapeutic support regardless of the city or country you reside in.
How do the sessions work?
-
Format: Sessions are conducted through a secure video conferencing platform (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
-
Duration: Individual sessions usually last 50-60 minutes, while couples sessions can extend between 60 and 90 minutes to give adequate space to both parties.
-
Adaptability: Each process is unique. We will adapt the pace, frequency, and tools to your specific needs.
Taking the first step A crisis, a blockage, or a moment of distance does not have to be the end, but rather an invitation to build something more conscious and authentic.
If you feel the time has come to attend to your personal well-being or to take care of the relationship with your partner, I invite you to get in touch.
Online Couples Therapy
Finding each other again through presence and understanding
When we start a relationship, we fall in love and idealize the other person. Over time, that initial stage gives way to reality, where our differences, needs, fears, and insecurities become visible.
In couples therapy, we do not seek to determine who is right or who is wrong. Each person comes to the relationship with their own childhood history, past wounds, and learned models of love. That is why many conflicts do not stem solely from the present, but from unresolved emotional patterns that trigger each other (fear of rejection, of abandonment, the need for control, or the feeling of not being seen).
Through online sessions, we turn the relationship into an opportunity for conscious growth.
What do we work on in couples sessions?
-
Conscious communication and listening: Learning to express what you feel and need without accusing or defending yourself, listening to your partner from the heart.
-
Identifying repetitive patterns: Dismantling the conflict dynamics where you usually get stuck.
-
Intimacy, desire, and sexuality: Addressing routine, the loss of physical connection, or differences in desire, moving away from a sexuality based on “doing” to recover feeling, presence, and pleasure.
-
Managing wounds and boundaries: Recognizing when past defenses are triggered and learning to set boundaries with respect and firmness.
-
Personal responsibility: Understanding that our partner is not supposed to “make us happy,” but rather be a space where both grow from authenticity.
Online Individual Therapy
A journey inward towards self-acceptance and calm
Individual therapy is a commitment to yourself. Sometimes we feel anxiety, emptiness, emotional blockage, or we find ourselves repeating relationships and situations that harm us.
In these sessions, I accompany you to look inward with compassion, to listen to what your body and emotions are trying to tell you, and to dismantle the automatic responses that prevent you from living more fully and authentically.
What aspects can we address in individual therapy?
-
Emotional management: Learning to hold and process anxiety, sadness, anger, or fear without becoming overwhelmed.
-
Self-esteem and boundaries: Recognizing your own worth, stopping people-pleasing out of fear of rejection, and learning to say “no” clearly.
-
Relational patterns: Understanding your way of emotionally bonding to stop repeating harmful or dependent dynamics.
-
Emotional and bodily integration: Connecting with your body as a guide, releasing accumulated tensions, and recovering presence in the here and now.
-
Grief or transition processes: Navigating moments of breakup, grief, life changes, or existential crises.
