On tantric Sundays we explore our authentic self, getting to know better our limiting beliefs that block the free flow of energy in our physical, energetic and emotional field and prevent us from living a full and joyful life. With the transformation of these emotional patterns we return to loving ourselves as we are, with all our facets and we extend this universal love to others.
We use active meditations, spontaneous movement, various exercises of different types of breathing, conscious touch, massage, play, laughter and much more that helps us let go of the shell and open ourselves fully to the life that we are. When we regain trust with our body, a healing process begins.
