🌸 Tantric and Taoist Arts Workshop for Women

This workshop is an intimate and safe space dedicated to the deep exploration of the female body, energy, and consciousness through Taoist and Tantric arts.

Throughout the experience, participants will be guided through ancestral practices that integrate conscious breathing, gentle movement, meditation, energy work, and ritual, with the purpose of reconnecting with the body’s natural wisdom and vital flow.

Taoist and Tantric arts invite us to inhabit the body with presence, to awaken creative and sexual energy as a source of health, pleasure, and emotional balance, and to cultivate a loving relationship with ourselves.

This workshop is open to women of all ages, with or without prior experience, who wish to:

• Deepen body and energetic self-awareness

• Release emotional blocks and accumulated tension

• Reconnect with their feminine energy and inner power

• Experience sensuality and vitality in a conscious and respectful way

• Share in circle, support, and sisterhood

The approach is non-performative, respectful, and conscious, prioritizing personal rhythm, consent, and inner listening. Each practice is offered as an invitation to return home: to the body, to feeling, and to essence.
